The villa is available in a single layout, with a separate bedroom and a living room. Measuring 45 m², it can accommodate up to three people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. This layout suits a couple or a small family who would like a separate sleeping area away from the living room.

The bathroom is private and has a shower. The kitchen lets you prepare meals and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. There is also a coffee machine. The terrace, patio and garden view define the villa's outdoor space. Air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing complete the indoor facilities.

In Vence, the Chapelle du Rosaire, decorated by Henri Matisse, offers a visit devoted to 20th-century sacred art.
