La Réserve de Beaulieu

The rooms, suites and villas at La Réserve de Beaulieu have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a small Riviera seaside town between Nice and Monaco, on a coast where light-coloured façades, gardens and coves alternate with marinas. The seafront promenade and beaches make swimming and walking part of the pace of your stay. The views open out over the Mediterranean and the hills above the coast; the atmosphere is more peaceful than in the larger neighbouring cities, while still offering good connections for sightseeing there.

Villa Kérylos, a recreation of an ancient Greek residence, is 250 m away and showcases mosaics, furnishings and architecture. The gardens of Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, on the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula, make another memorable excursion. Petite Afrique and Fourmis beaches invite you to take a break by the water. Beaulieu-sur-Mer railway station is 250 m away; trains run along the coast and connect neighbouring towns, including Nice and Monaco. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 20 km away by road.

The warmer months are ideal for beach days and walks along the coastal path of Cap Ferrat; in summer, the coast is very busy and the sun can be strong. Spring and early autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for visiting gardens and walking between coves. You can spend a day at Villa Kérylos and by the sea, then head to Nice to explore its Vieux-Nice and museums. On the way to Monaco, the hilltop village of Èze makes another stop for its lanes and views.
