The villa has three bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed, with a total capacity of eight guests. Each of the three bedrooms has a large double bed; the living-room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The house has three bathrooms and covers 120 m². This layout lets a group share the kitchen and communal areas while dividing the sleeping arrangements between the bedrooms and living area.
