Le Jacaranda

Le Jacaranda is available to rent as a whole: the 150 m² villa has four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge. It accommodates up to eight people, with a double bed in each bedroom. The villa has its own bathroom facilities, and towels and bed linen are provided. The indoor spaces are air-conditioned.

The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining area and lounge provide space to gather indoors; the furnished terrace extends the communal areas outdoors. The villa also has a private pool with a view, a barbecue and a washing machine. Views of the pool and mountains set this accommodation apart, while family-friendly facilities are combined with outdoor spaces for guests’ exclusive use.

The villa has a private outdoor pool with a shallow end, a fence, parasols and sun loungers. The garden and sun terrace provide space for outdoor dining, with a barbecue completing these facilities. Indoors, air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi complement your time to relax. A flat-screen TV is also available.

The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine, dining table and kitchenware make it easy to prepare meals on site. A washing machine, iron and ironing equipment are provided for longer stays. Free private indoor parking is available. Activities in the surrounding area include hiking, canoeing, horse riding, diving and windsurfing; a water park, tennis court and casino are also among the facilities and activities on offer.

Villeneuve-Loubet lies between the Mediterranean and the first foothills of the Alpes-Maritimes. The town brings together an old village on the hills, residential districts and a coastal area centred on the beach and marina. The Loup runs through the town before reaching the sea. This variety appeals to travellers who want to alternate swimming, heritage walks and trips to towns along the French Riviera.

In the old village, the medieval château and the Musée Escoffier de l’Art Culinaire tell the story of the area. The Musée Renoir is in Cagnes-sur-Mer, while the beaches of Villeneuve-Loubet offer seaside relaxation. Cagnes-sur-Mer railway station, 2.1 km away, connects you to the coast by train; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 6 km away. Nice and Antibes are within reach for city outings, with their markets, museums and seafront promenades. Vaugrenier Nature Park offers an alternative for walks in a green space between the town and the coast.
