Le Jas du Romarin

Le Jas du Romarin offers three holiday homes, with either one or two bedrooms. All have a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning and a terrace overlooking the garden. A flat-screen TV and coffee machine are among the shared amenities. The homes range from 35 to 65 m², with living areas suited to stays of different lengths.

Two homes have a private pool and a fireplace. The one-bedroom home has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Of the two two-bedroom homes, one has an extra-large double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed; the other has a double bed, bunk beds and a sofa bed. Both layouts have two bathrooms. Outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area let you enjoy the terrace and garden views.

Le Jas du Romarin has two outdoor pools, one of which is heated, and a landscaped garden for spending time outdoors. Sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are available. The terrace, outdoor furniture and al fresco dining area extend the living spaces. Children have access to a playground, outdoor play equipment and board games.

The homes are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are also provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Packed lunches are available, and facilities also include a steam bath and badminton equipment.

Callas is in Dracénie, amid the Provençal countryside of the Var hinterland. The village and neighbouring towns are set among hills, valleys and country lanes, with hilltop villages and wooded areas nearby. This countryside suits travellers who want to combine walks and village visits with quiet days in a rural setting. A car is useful for exploring the area and reaching the region’s various sights.

The Gorges de Pennafort, 3.9 km away, feature cliffs and a river, with a waterfall nearby. Callas is 2.7 km away; in the village, you can stroll through the streets and discover its Provençal heritage. The villages of Claviers and Bargemon are also nearby. In Draguignan, museums, religious buildings and Parc Chabran offer other ideas for visits. Les Arcs–Draguignan station is 15 km away. There are several wine estates in Dracénie, including Château Sainte-Roseline.

Spring and autumn are pleasant seasons for walks and visits, while summer is a chance to enjoy the pools and shaded areas. You could start the day by exploring Callas, continue with a trip to the Gorges de Pennafort, then end it on the terrace. For a longer outing, Draguignan and the villages of the hinterland offer a variety of places to visit. Country roads connect these destinations; having a vehicle makes it easier to travel between the towns and natural sights.
