Le Mas de Fanny

Le Mas de Fanny offers two independent holiday homes for four or six people. The 2-Bedroom House covers 100 m² and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower or bath, and a living room with an equipped kitchen. The 3-Bedroom House has 140 m², three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Both units have a terrace and a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Each house also has a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. The outdoor areas include a barbecue; the views are of the garden and hills, with a pool view from the 2-Bedroom House. Both units also share a private pool. The sleeping arrangements differ: the 3-Bedroom House has one double bed and four single beds, while the 2-Bedroom House has one large double bed and two single beds. The former also has a bath as well as a shower.

Each house has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, toaster and electric kettle. A coffee machine and dining table make meals at the property easy. The interiors include a seating area and a sofa; bed linen and towels are also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms, and the units have a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels.

Outside, you will find a private pool, garden, balcony and terrace with furniture and a dining area. The barbecue lets you prepare meals outdoors. Sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are provided. Private on-site parking is free and does not require advance reservation. Activities in the area include hiking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. The accommodation is self-contained; bicycles are also available to hire. The upper floors are accessible only by stairs.

Faucon is a small village in the Vaucluse, amid the landscapes of northern Provence, between hillsides, vineyards and the slopes that herald Mont Ventoux. Life here moves at a rural pace, with country roads and nearby towns to discover by car. This part of the department suits travellers who enjoy walks, villages and historic sites, away from large urban centres. Markets and wine estates also offer a glimpse of local produce and traditions.

In Vaison-la-Romaine, the remains of Puymin and La Vilasse bear witness to the ancient Roman city; the Roman Bridge leads to the medieval quarter, dominated by the castle. The centre of Vaison is about 6 km away. Mont Ventoux, a prominent landmark in the Provençal landscape, is 5 km away: its roads and trails attract cyclists and hikers. The villages of Mérindol-les-Oliviers and Mollans-sur-Ouvèze offer other stops for exploring the area. A car makes it easier to travel between the sites, vineyards and small towns.

Spring and autumn are pleasant for walks and sightseeing, with temperatures often milder than in July and August. In summer, plan walks or cycling for early in the day, then take a break by the pool during the hottest hours. Cycling enthusiasts can spend a day on the roads of Ventoux, while a visit to Vaison-la-Romaine combines ancient remains, the bridge and the lanes of the upper town. In late summer and autumn, vineyard landscapes accompany excursions to nearby villages.
