The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of six guests. Sleeping arrangements comprise two double beds and two single beds. The living area combines a lounge and dining area, while the kitchen lets you prepare meals on site. The house measures 120 m² and has a private entrance.

Views vary between the garden, pool, mountains and village. The balcony and terrace extend the indoor spaces outdoors; the private pool and barbecue offer more ways to relax and dine outside. Carcès is a Provençal village in the Var, surrounded by hills, vineyards and Mediterranean landscapes. You can explore its old centre on foot, among narrow streets, small squares and stone façades. Village life has a peaceful atmosphere, while the surrounding area draws visitors interested in walks, heritage and outdoor stays. A car is useful for exploring the towns and natural sites in this part of the department.

The Caramy Waterfalls are 2 km away and offer a waterside escape in a setting suited to walks. Thoronet Abbey, 6 km away, is a remarkable Cistercian monument whose Romanesque architecture can be visited in a wooded setting. The Verdon Regional Nature Park, 12 km away, opens onto landscapes of gorges, lakes and plateaux, with opportunities for hiking and water sports. Brignoles and its Provençal heritage make another outing nearby.

In spring and autumn, temperatures are often pleasant for walking and visiting villages. Summer is suited to swimming and days spent enjoying outdoor activities, although afternoons in the Var can sometimes be hot. You could plan a morning visit to the abbey, then return to enjoy the pool, or spend a day exploring the landscapes of the Verdon. Markets and nearby villages also give you the chance to taste local produce and discover the pace of life in inland Provence.
