Le petit Auzon

Le petit Auzon is let as a whole: the villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and communal spaces for up to six guests. Covering 110 m², it offers an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. Views of the garden, pool and river give the rooms their distinctive character.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine and kitchenware are also provided. The villa includes a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a private entrance and soundproofed walls. Bed linen and towels are provided; facilities also include a high chair, hairdryer and outdoor furniture.

Le petit Auzon has free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The private swimming pool is accompanied by sun loungers or beach chairs, parasols and pool towels. The garden and terrace extend the living spaces outdoors; a dining area and outdoor furniture also make it possible to sit outside. A barbecue is available. Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge.

Inside, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV complete the facilities. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. The villa also has a washing machine, ironing equipment, a sitting area, a private entrance and bathrooms with a shower or bath, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Mazan is a village in the Vaucluse, in the Comtat Venaissin, between vineyard landscapes and the first foothills of Mont Ventoux. Its old centre, gardens and narrow streets offer a glimpse of Provençal life away from the big cities. The surrounding countryside appeals to cyclists, walkers and visitors to wine estates; families can also enjoy the region’s outdoor activities.

Mazan centre is 420 m away and includes local heritage landmarks such as Église Saint-Nazaire et Saint-Celse and Château du Marquis de Sade, both a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Musée municipal and the village gardens round out a stroll through the village. Wine lovers can visit Domaine de Fondrèche, 3.2 km away. Carpentras railway station, 7 km away, serves the region; a car is useful for exploring the villages and landscapes of the Vaucluse.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks through the vineyards and visits to villages, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer. In fine weather, the roads and trails of Mont Ventoux attract cyclists and hikers; you can spend a day exploring the hills, then return to the quiet of the village. In summer, plan outdoor activities for the morning or late afternoon. The nearby wine estates offer another way to discover the landscapes and local produce.
