Le Plein Sud

Le Plein Sud is a detached 100 m² villa that accommodates six people. It has three bedrooms, a lounge area and two bathrooms; the layout allows six guests to stay in one property. Sleeping arrangements comprise one double bed, one large double bed and two single beds.

The villa offers several views over Cassis. The balcony and terrace overlook the sea, while the garden, swimming pool and town can also be seen from the house. The private kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, including a fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. A flat-screen TV, washing machine and coffee machine complete the amenities of this house, which is suitable for family stays or groups of travellers.

Le Plein Sud has free private parking on site, available by reservation only. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the shared areas. The balcony and sun terrace offer outdoor spaces to relax, with furniture and an outdoor dining area. The villa is detached and has family rooms as well as non-smoking rooms.

The kitchen has several useful appliances for preparing and sharing meals: a dining table, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, kitchenware, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The private bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. The accommodation has a lounge area with a sofa, a private entrance and heating. For relaxing indoors, you will find a flat-screen TV. These amenities complement the views over the sea, garden, swimming pool and town.

Cassis is a small Provençal coastal town built around a port where fishing and leisure boats sit alongside terraces and colourful façades. You can explore the centre on foot, among its narrow streets, squares and seafront. The coast alternates between beaches, coves and limestone cliffs, with the Calanques National Park’s peaks in the background. The atmosphere changes with the seasons: summer brings more visitors to the port and seafront, while spring and the shoulder season are well suited to walks and boat trips.

Grande Mer Beach is about 710 m away, and Cassis Castle, which overlooks the port from the heights, is 750 m away. The Provençal market and public garden offer places to take a break in the centre. To explore the coast on foot or by boat, Port-Miou Calanque is 2.4 km away; it marks the entrance to a landscape of cliffs and coves characteristic of the area. The trails in the national park also offer hiking routes; choose according to the weather and access conditions. Cassis train station is 2.1 km from the accommodation; from the station, you can reach the centre and port by car or taxi.

You could start the day with a walk around the port, continue with a swim at one of the town’s beaches and finish with a trip to the calanques. In summer, it is best to set off early to enjoy the trails and coastline before the busiest hours. In spring and September, temperatures are often still suitable for walks, and the atmosphere is quieter than in peak season. Before setting off to explore natural areas, check local access conditions, as they can vary depending on the season and fire risk.
