The villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. With 180 m² of space, it brings the sleeping areas and communal rooms together in one property rather than offering separate room categories. The layout is completed by two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a bath. The house has air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals on site and includes a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware. There is also a dining area, a lounge with a sofa and a washing machine. Outside, the terrace overlooks the garden and private swimming pool; outdoor furniture and a dining area extend the living space. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels completes the facilities.

The old harbour, colourful façades and fishing boats give the village a maritime atmosphere, with beaches and trails attracting visitors throughout the year. The villa is in a residential neighbourhood, within walking distance of the centre and the coast.

Grande Mer Beach is 900 m away; it borders the harbour and is a place to swim close to the village. Château de Cassis overlooks the rooftops and harbour, while the lanes in the centre lead to small squares and chapels. To explore the coastal scenery, Port-Miou Calanque is 2.7 km away and En-Vau Beach is 4 km away. These coves can be explored on foot or from the sea, with hiking trails and waters suited to swimming. Cassis railway station, 1.8 km away, connects the village with the surrounding area.

In summer, the sea draws many swimmers, and the trails are more pleasant early in the morning or later in the day. Spring and the shoulder season are well suited to walks and boat trips, with temperatures often milder. For a varied day out, you can explore the harbour, walk to a calanque and finish with a swim at one of the village beaches. The limestone hills also offer hiking routes with views over the Mediterranean.
