The villa is rented as a whole and has four bedrooms in one 140 m² home. It accommodates up to eight people, with a double bed in each bedroom; one has a large double bed. The two bathrooms have a bath and a shower, and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This layout suits families and groups who want separate bedrooms and communal spaces where they can spend time together.

The fully equipped kitchen and lounge complete the living spaces. The terrace overlooks the garden and pool, one of the villa’s distinctive features. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV make longer stays easier. Towels and bed linen are available for an extra charge; you can also bring your own.

The outdoor areas include a private saltwater pool, a terrace, a garden and an outdoor dining area. Sun loungers, parasols and pool toys complete the facilities; barbecue facilities are also available. The villa is entirely on the ground floor and includes a shared lounge with a TV. Family facilities include baby safety gates, a high chair, board games and a playground.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. A coffee machine is also provided. The flat-screen TV and DVD player offer entertainment indoors. Activities in the area include hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, snorkelling and horse riding. Free private parking is available on site. The property does not have an Internet connection.

La Crau is in the Var plain, between Toulon and Hyères, inland from the Mediterranean coast. This residential town has a Provençal feel, with built-up areas alongside green spaces and farmland. You can alternate time in the garden and by the pool with walks nearby and trips to neighbouring towns. A car makes it easier to get between the different districts and coastal sights.

Hyères offers an old town with narrow lanes, overlooked by the medieval castle, as well as Villa Noailles, a centre for art and architecture in a modernist residence. In Toulon, the harbour and the National Maritime Museum offer a glimpse into the city’s maritime history. For an outdoor walk, Parc Nature du Plan de La Garde has trails and natural spaces. La Crau railway station is 2.6 km away and Toulon-Hyères Airport is 6 km away; La Pauline-Hyères railway station is 5 km away.

Spring and the shoulder season are good times for visits and walks, with temperatures often milder than in the summer months. In summer, the beaches and islands in the region attract more visitors: setting out early lets you enjoy the coast before the busiest hours. You can spend a day exploring old Hyères and swimming on the coast, then return to the villa to enjoy the pool and terrace.
