The entire house is available to rent and can accommodate up to four people across 60 m². It has a separate bedroom and an independent living room, where the sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. This layout suits families or two couples who want to share accommodation while retaining separate living areas.

The private bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The equipped kitchen has the main appliances and utensils for preparing meals, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The house also has a terrace with garden views, a private entrance, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The beds comprise a large double bed and a sofa bed; a high chair is also provided.

The kitchen lets you prepare meals on site. It includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. A dining table, coffee machine and utensils complete the space.
