Les Jardins d'Ingrid

Les Jardins d'Ingrid offers two independent holiday homes: a 200 m² house with five bedrooms and a 160 m² house with four bedrooms. They suit stays with family or friends, with several bedrooms, living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Each has a private bathroom, a terrace and a balcony. Views may be of the garden, pool or mountains.

The five-bedroom house sleeps up to twelve people and has four large double beds, one single bed, one double bed and one sofa bed. The four-bedroom house sleeps up to nine people; its beds comprise three large double beds, one single bed, one double bed and one sofa bed. Both properties have a private pool, a hot tub, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The choice therefore depends mainly on the size of your group and how many bedrooms you need.

Les Jardins d'Ingrid combines practical facilities with the amenities of two independent houses. Outside, you will find a garden, terrace, balcony, patio and outdoor dining furniture. Each house has a private pool and a hot tub; a barbecue and tennis equipment are also available. Board games and books, DVDs or music for children add to the shared spaces.

The kitchens are equipped for preparing meals, with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, among other appliances. A coffee machine is also available. The houses have a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV; Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site, with no reservation required. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. The hot tubs, pools and outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the property between outings to the villages and vineyards of Vaucluse.

Beaumes-de-Venise is a wine-growing village in Vaucluse, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Its narrow streets, stone houses and wine estates create a Provençal landscape where vineyards alternate with hills. The village suits travellers who want to discover local wines, stroll around a small town and explore the surrounding countryside. Les Jardins d'Ingrid is set outside the centre, in a setting where the houses and their outdoor areas offer a break between visits.

In the village, the medieval garden and the chapels of Saint-Sébastien and Notre-Dame-d’Aubune offer a glimpse of the local heritage. The château and Domaine des Bernardins provide an insight into the history and wine production of Beaumes-de-Venise. The Dentelles de Montmirail attract hikers and those drawn to rocky landscapes; their trails cross limestone terrain and vineyards. Nearby villages Aubignan and Vacqueyras are also worth a visit. Carpentras railway station, 8 km away, is a useful rail link; a car makes it easier to travel between villages and wine estates.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to walk among the vineyards and explore the villages without the summer heat. In September and October, the grape harvest shapes the wine-growing landscape. In summer, plan walks for early in the day, then take a break by the pool. An outing in the Dentelles can be combined with a tasting in Beaumes-de-Venise or Vacqueyras; the hiking routes are also suitable for a full day outdoors.
