Les Jardins de l'Ermitage

Les Jardins de l'Ermitage offers three room types: a Superior Double Room, a Large Double Room and a One-Bedroom House. The double rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a private entrance. They overlook the garden and mountains, and depending on the room type, include a patio or terrace. A coffee machine and minibar are also provided.

The Superior Double Room measures 22 m² and has a patio. The 30 m² Large Double Room stands out for its kitchenette, which includes a fridge and microwave. For more space, the One-Bedroom House covers 50 m² and has a separate bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a terrace. It suits travellers who want to prepare their own meals and enjoy a separate living area. All three accommodation types have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.

Les Jardins de l'Ermitage combines outdoor spaces with facilities for relaxation. The garden and sun terrace offer several places to sit outside, while the picnic area and outdoor furniture let you enjoy more time in the fresh air. The wellness area includes an indoor pool, sauna, hammam and hot tub; massages and various treatments are also available. The fitness centre completes the facilities.

A restaurant, bar, café and snack bar offer several dining options on site. Children's menus and menus for special diets are available on request. Activities on offer include bike hire, walking tours, hiking, canoeing, horse riding and fishing. Parking facilities include an indoor car park and a space for guests with reduced mobility. Private on-site parking is free.

Les Salles-sur-Verdon is a Provençal village on the shore of Lake Sainte-Croix, in the Var department. Rebuilt after the lake was created, it offers direct access to the scenery of the Verdon and water-based activities. The village, 270 m from the accommodation, is a peaceful stop for travellers who want to alternate between swimming, walks and visits to hilltop villages. The shores and beaches let you enjoy the lake, while the heights of the regional park give the landscape its distinctive character.

Vigne d'Aiguines Beach is 710 m away, and several other beaches line the lake. In Aiguines, 2.2 km away, narrow streets and the château overlook the turquoise water. The Musée des Tourneurs sur Bois celebrates a local craft, and the village is also a stop on the scenic routes through the Verdon. Further afield, the gorges attract visitors keen on hiking and canoeing or pedal boating. A car makes it easier to get between the beaches, viewpoints and villages around the lake; journeys on the winding roads take time.

In summer, days naturally revolve around swimming, a water-based outing and a late-afternoon walk, when the light changes on the cliffs. Spring and early autumn offer a quieter atmosphere for exploring the park’s roads and visiting Aiguines or Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.
