Les Verveines de Vaison

Les Verveines de Vaison offers five room categories for two to four people. Room sizes range from 15 to 25 m². Each room has a private bathroom and a terrace; several offer views of the garden and mountains. Some categories have air conditioning, while others stand out for their capacity or the shared spaces they provide access to.

The Comfort Double Room has a private entrance and a garden view. The Twin Room also offers mountain views and two single beds. The Double Room with a View overlooks the Baronnies hills and provides access to a veranda and a living area with a television. The Classic Triple Room has a large double bed and a single bed. The larger Family Suite sleeps four and has a seating area with a garden view.

Les Verveines de Vaison has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace, with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers and parasols let you enjoy the poolside on sunny days. There is also a shared lounge with a television indoors. Family rooms and non-smoking rooms cater to different needs.

Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house. The rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and bed linen. Continental breakfast is served on site. Check-in is between 16:30 and 20:00, and check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00. The rooms are on the ground floor, and some accommodation is air-conditioned. You can plan a day combining a stroll through the old town with an archaeological visit without leaving the town.

The La Villasse archaeological site and the Théo Desplans Archaeological Museum offer a glimpse into Vaison’s ancient history. The cathedral and its cloister bear witness to another period, while the Saint-Quenin Chapel can be discovered on a walk through town. Vaison-la-Romaine Castle overlooks the old town from its elevated position. For a change of scenery, Mont Ventoux is 8 km away; its roads and trails attract cycling and walking enthusiasts. Free private parking is available at the house, making it easier to travel to nearby villages.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walking tours and excursions through the area’s vineyards. In summer, the Provençal heat makes it worth starting walks early and saving the hottest hours for a rest in the shade or by the pool.
