Les villas du Golf Mougins

The villas on offer are called 3-Bedroom Villa and each accommodates up to six people. They have three separate bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms, one with a bath and walk-in shower. The beds comprise two large double beds and one double bed. Each villa covers 100 m² and has a private entrance, allowing you to arrange the living and sleeping areas throughout the day.

The equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, hob and kitchenware, among other things. A terrace with garden views extends the living space, while air conditioning and soundproofing contribute to indoor comfort. A flat-screen TV, coffee machine and washing machine complete the amenities. Both villas have the same layout and features, with private bathrooms and an additional toilet.

The villas bring together the amenities you need for a self-catering stay: a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The washing machine and tumble dryer let you take care of your laundry on site. In the living areas, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, seating area, dining table and coffee machine. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms.

Outside, the garden, terrace and dining furniture let you enjoy fine weather. The outdoor swimming pool is lined with sun loungers and parasols, and the pool area is enclosed by a fence. Free private parking is available on site, along with an electric vehicle charging station. The surrounding area is suitable for walks, cycling, hiking and golf. Check-in is streamlined, and the reception is open 24 hours a day. Baby safety gates are also provided.

Mougins lies in the Cannes hinterland, between the Provençal hills and the Mediterranean coast. The old village, with its narrow lanes and stone houses, offers a different kind of stroll from Cannes’ seaside districts. The surrounding area combines wooded spaces, golf courses and villages inhabited all year round; a car is useful for reaching the beaches, museums and other towns on the French Riviera.

Notre-Dame-de-Vie Chapel, associated with Picasso’s history, is 1.4 km away. Golf Country Club Cannes-Mougins is 1.1 km away, and Valmasque Park, with its trails and natural spaces, is 1.2 km away. In Cannes, the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and the beaches make for an outing combining a seafront stroll with cultural visits. Grasse offers the chance to discover the history of perfumery, particularly at the International Perfume Museum. Mouans-Sartoux and Cannes railway stations serve nearby towns; having a car makes it easier to explore the villages and beaches.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks in the hills and visits to Mougins, Cannes and Grasse, with temperatures often milder than in midsummer. In summer, the sea and beaches take centre stage during the day, while the pool offers a break when you return.
