Lodge du Berlandou

Le Lodge du Berlandou offers two different types of accommodation: a 27 m² tent and a 30 m² chalet. Both can accommodate up to four people and have a kitchen, private bathroom and terrace with views of the garden and mountains. The tent has a main room with bunk beds and a large double bed. The chalet, designed as a separate accommodation, has two bedrooms, a living room and a private entrance.

Each accommodation lets you prepare meals using the fridge, microwave, hob and kitchen utensils. A coffee machine and kettle are also provided. Both terraces lead to an outdoor area with a barbecue. The chalet stands out for its soundproofing and seating area; the tent has a sleeping arrangement suited to several travellers.

Each accommodation has a kitchen equipped for preparing meals on site. You will find a fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine, as well as a dining table. The furnished terraces extend the living space outdoors; a barbecue is available for eating outside. The garden and picnic area complete the outdoor spaces.

The two accommodations share an outdoor pool. Activities in the surrounding area include hiking, skiing, cycling, horse riding, fishing and canoeing. Massages are also available on site. Continental breakfast can be served in your room, and free private parking is available. The accommodations have private bathrooms and views of the garden or mountains. The property has no internet access.

Escragnolles is a village in the Préalpes d’Azur, in the hinterland of Alpes-Maritimes. The landscape alternates between limestone hills, forests, valleys and small hamlets; the pace is that of a mountain village rather than a seaside resort. Walkers come for the trails and views, while country roads connect the surrounding villages and plateaux. A car makes it easier to get around and explore this rural area.

The Préalpes d’Azur Regional Nature Park offers opportunities for hiking and discovering the mid-mountain scenery. Clars Waterfall makes for an outing to a natural site, and the area also has archaeological remains such as the Dolmen des Claps. In winter, the L’Audibergue ski resort offers skiing, depending on conditions. Grasse, known for its history of perfumery, has museums and the former Fragonard factory to visit. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 64 km away.

Fine weather is ideal for walks, picnics and cycling; bring suitable footwear for mountain paths. Spring and autumn often bring milder temperatures for exploring the Préalpes, while summer is suited to days outdoors and breaks by the pool. In winter, check the snow conditions before planning to ski. You can combine an outing to the villages with a visit about perfumes in Grasse, then return to the quiet surroundings of Escragnolles.
