The holiday home is a self-contained 30 m² property comprising a separate bedroom, a living room and a private bathroom. It can accommodate up to four guests: the bedroom has a large double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. This layout provides a separate sleeping area while allowing everyone to share the living spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning and soundproofing complement the indoor facilities. The terrace overlooking the garden is a particular feature of the house and provides an outdoor space for meals or relaxing. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house suits travellers who would rather stay in a village than in the busy centre of a large city, with their own outdoor space.

Piolenc centre is 800 m away, where you can explore the village streets, Saint-Pierre Church and the Musée mémoire de la Nationale 7, dedicated to the history of this major road. Orange, known for its Roman Ancient Theatre and Triumphal Arch, is about 5 km away; these monuments bear witness to the city's importance in Roman times. Mornas Fortress, perched above the village of the same name, is 4.7 km away. Orange railway station is 5 km away, making it convenient for arrivals by train. Private parking on site makes it easy to get around the region.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for visiting Orange and walking between the villages of the Haut-Vaucluse, with temperatures often milder than in midsummer.
