The house has three separate bedrooms and a living room, with a maximum capacity of seven people. The entire property is a self-contained 85 m² accommodation, suitable for a stay with family or friends. A private bathroom with a shower completes the sleeping area. The five beds comprise a large double bed, a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen plays an important role in the layout of the house: it includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and utensils. The living room also has a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The terrace offers views of the garden, mountains and town. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals on site: an oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee machine. A dining table and an outdoor dining area provide two places to sit down. The house also has a washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products.

In the living areas, the fireplace, heating and fan suit different times of year. The flat-screen TV, CD player and radio complete the entertainment facilities. Outside, the terrace, garden furniture and barbecue make it possible to dine outdoors. The views overlook the garden, mountains and town. Free internet access is available throughout the house. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

La Gaude is a hilltop village in the Nice hinterland, between the Provençal landscape and the Mediterranean coast. Its surroundings combine hills, gardens and small towns, with a more residential feel than the coast. The area suits travellers who want to alternate walks through hilltop villages with trips to Nice or the beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer.

La Gaude village is 340 m from the house. Saint-Paul-de-Vence, known for its old lanes and art galleries, is 3.2 km away. Nearby, the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady and Château de Villeneuve offer a glimpse of local heritage. Nice, with Place Masséna, its museums and seafront, is 10 km away. The beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer are 7 km away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 7 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between the village, beaches and neighbouring towns.
