Mer et Provence

La Cadière-d'Azur village is 2.2 km away; Le Castellet, another hilltop village with medieval streets, is 2.5 km away.

The area is best explored by car, with Bandol appellation vineyards spread across the hills and the coast's beaches within reach for a day by the water. Les Lecques Beach, 6 km away, has a long stretch of sand and water sports. Bandol's harbour and beaches offer further coastal excursions. Saint-Cyr–Les Lecques–La Cadière railway station is 5 km away and provides access to the regional rail network; a car is useful for exploring the surrounding villages and vineyards.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks through the vineyards and visits to the villages, with generally milder temperatures than in high summer. In September and October, the vineyard scenery changes during the grape harvest. In summer, you can alternate swimming on the coast with late-afternoon trips to villages in the hinterland. An excursion to the calanques or a tasting at a Bandol vineyard adds variety to your days, bearing in mind the summer heat and the busy coastline.
