Moulin de Fabregon

Le Moulin de Fabregon is rented as a whole: the villa has four bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a floor area of 200 m². It can accommodate up to eight people. Sleeping arrangements include large double beds, bunk beds, a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are shared by the rooms in the house.

The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals on site; it includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, among other appliances. The living room has a seating area with a fireplace and sofa. Outdoor spaces extend the living area of the villa: the balcony, patio and terrace overlook the garden, pool or river. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV complete the facilities. The villa is a single accommodation unit, suited to families or groups who want to share the communal spaces.

The outdoor spaces give you several places to get together: a garden, patio, balcony and sun terrace, with furniture and an outdoor dining area. The private pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a pool cover. A barbecue and its accessories are also available. Inside, the kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The living room has a fireplace, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms add to your comfort. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is available on site. The washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays easier. Pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge, and pet bowls are provided. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

Trans-en-Provence is a village in the Var, in the Draguignan area, between the landscapes of inland Provence and the roads leading to the coast. The centre has narrow streets, historic buildings and landmarks connected with local history. The town suits travellers who prefer small countryside getaways, walks by the water and visits to villages over a purely seaside holiday. The surrounding area combines wooded landscapes, vineyards and Provençal towns.

Saint-Victor Church is 280 m away and Puits Aérien is 510 m away. This distinctive monument reflects the village's technical history. Saut du Capelan, 3.3 km away, offers a natural setting for a walk. The Artillery Museum presents a collection dedicated to military history. Les Arcs–Draguignan station, about 5 km away, provides rail connections to the area; a car makes it easier to visit the villages, wine estates and sites of Dracénie. Château Sainte-Roseline and its vineyards are among the places you can visit in the region.

Spring and autumn are pleasant seasons for exploring country roads and visiting wine estates, while summer is suited to swimming and spending time outdoors. You could combine a visit to the village with a walk near Saut du Capelan and a heritage visit in the surrounding area. If you continue towards the coast, you can spend another day at the beaches of the Var; travelling between inland Provence and the coast is easier by car.
