Each of OFILDLEAU’s three rooms sleeps two people and has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a terrace. They also include a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and kitchenware. They range in size from 16 to 20 m². The room names are identical, but the views and some of the facilities distinguish them.

The 20 m² room overlooks the swimming pool from its terrace. Another, measuring 16 m², faces a quiet street and has a coffee machine. The third is 17 m² and offers a garden view. All the rooms are soundproofed and have a large double bed. The layout suits couples, with the option of preparing meals in the room’s kitchen. Some rooms also have outdoor furniture on the terrace.

OFILDLEAU’s facilities combine outdoor spaces with practical amenities for everyday use. The garden and sun terrace offer several places to sit outside, complemented by a picnic area and an outdoor dining area. Sun loungers and parasols are available, as well as an open-air bath. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally.

Sillans-la-Cascade is a village in the Var, surrounded by Provençal landscapes, hills and small roads running through wooded areas. The area will appeal to travellers who prefer walks, rural scenery and journeys by car to urban outings.

The Sillans Waterfall is the village’s main attraction: a path leads to a viewpoint overlooking the cascade and its pool. Sillans-la-Cascade village is also a place to discover Provençal lanes and architecture. Cotignac, known for its troglodyte dwellings carved into the tuff cliff, makes another excursion nearby. Verdon Regional Natural Park offers gorges, plateaux and lakes, with opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. A car makes it easier to get between these sites and the surrounding villages.

Summer days in the Var are hot, so it is best to plan walks to the waterfall for the morning or late afternoon, when the paths are less exposed to the sun. Milder temperatures in spring and autumn are ideal for hiking and visiting villages. A day can combine exploring Sillans, walking to the viewpoint and stopping in Cotignac, with time to enjoy the scenery and the village terraces.
