Open House #hostel offers several configurations, from an individual bed in a mixed dormitory to a room for three people. There is also a female-only dormitory and a room with four single beds. The mixed dormitories accommodate four or six people, and several rooms measure 18 m². Every accommodation has a private bathroom. Bed linen is provided, and several rooms have a fan, heating, a wardrobe or parquet flooring.

The triple room combines a double bed with bunk beds and can accommodate three people. One category includes a kitchen, as well as a seating area and a television. Solo travellers can choose a bed in a mixed or female dormitory; groups have a range of suitable configurations, with a maximum of four people in the female dormitory.

Open House #hostel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hostel. You can cook in the shared kitchen and meet in the shared lounge, which includes a television area. Luggage storage is available, and the lift makes it easier to reach the upper floors. Board games and puzzles are also available in the shared areas.

The rooms have private bathrooms; some are soundproofed, and family rooms are available. Heating is provided throughout the property. The hostel is non-smoking and has non-smoking rooms. No parking is available on site. Reception is open for arrivals between 15:00 and 20:00; if you expect to arrive outside these hours, contact the property in advance. Photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in. A €100 security deposit is also required by card.

Pedestrian streets, markets and seafront promenades give this neighbourhood a lively pace, making it popular for both short city breaks and stays focused on the coast. Place Masséna, with its arcades and red façades, is a familiar landmark in the Nice cityscape.

From Open House #hostel, Place Masséna is 150 m away and Promenade du Paillon, a landscaped walkway between the centre and Vieux-Nice, is 200 m away. The Charles Nègre Photography Museum hosts exhibitions devoted to photography, while Sainte-Réparate Cathedral can be visited in the old town’s narrow streets. Opéra Beach is 400 m away. Nice-Ville railway station, 1.1 km away, connects the city to the regional rail network. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 4.4 km away and can be reached by car in around 15 minutes.

You could start the day in the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice and at the Cours Saleya market, then continue to the seafront or head up to Castle Hill, where walking trails and panoramic views offer a different perspective on the bay. The beaches and promenades are particularly popular in summer, the coast’s sunny, lively season. In spring and autumn, temperatures are often pleasant for exploring the city on foot and visiting its museums. The tram and rail services make it easy to get around Nice and travel to nearby towns.
