Panoramic lake view offers a detached 40 m² villa arranged to accommodate up to three people. It has a separate bedroom and a living room, with a very large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The private bathroom has a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, a hob, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine.

The terrace opens onto the lake and garden, while a balcony also lets you enjoy the outdoors. The villa has a fireplace, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. A dining table and dining area complete the living space. This layout brings together a bedroom and living area in one accommodation, with separate sleeping spaces for guests.

The villa has a landscaped garden with outdoor furniture, a dining area and a sun terrace. The balcony extends the living space outdoors; parasols and sun loungers are also provided. A barbecue and dedicated facilities let you prepare a meal outside, while the picnic area offers another place to sit. An outdoor fireplace completes the facilities.

You can enjoy walks and hiking trails in the surrounding area. Fishing and horse riding are also among the activities on offer, and a public bath is available. The reception is open 24 hours a day; express check-in and check-out and luggage storage are also available. Outdoor play equipment, books and board games are provided for children. Pets are welcome at no extra charge, and bowls are provided for them.

Esparron-de-Verdon is a Provençal village in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, near Lac d'Esparron and the landscapes of the Verdon. The scenery combines lakeshores, wooded hills and small country roads. Visitors come here to slow down, enjoy the lakeside and explore the surrounding villages; a car makes it easier to get around this rural part of Provence. Swimming, boat trips and walks along the water fill the days when the weather is suitable.

St-Julien Beach, 1.6 km away, is a place to enjoy the lake. Esparron-de-Verdon village, 1.8 km away, is worth exploring on foot, with its narrow streets and château. Belvédère de la Tuilière offers a viewpoint over the local scenery, while Grotte du Bourg d'Esparron and Jardin des ruines de Vière reflect the heritage of the surrounding area. Verdon Regional Natural Park stretches across this landscape of gorges, plateaux and lakes, making it well suited to hiking and water activities. Marseille-Provence Airport is 103 km from the villa.

Summer is ideal for days by the lake and outings on the water, but it also brings more visitors: setting out early lets you enjoy the lakeshores more peacefully. In spring and early autumn, temperatures are often pleasant for walking and exploring the villages. You could spend a day strolling around Esparron, taking a break by the water and visiting the viewpoints. Cooler evenings are a good time to return to the garden and terrace.
