The entire chalet is available to rent: its 83 m² include three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a private bathroom. It can accommodate up to six people, with four beds spread across the bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a large double bed; the third has two single beds. This layout can accommodate different types of groups under one roof.

The living areas open onto a balcony and terrace, with views of the garden and mountains. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, among other appliances. The living room has a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities. The private bathroom has a shower; bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge.

The kitchen brings together the equipment you need to prepare meals: a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. An electric kettle and coffee machine let you prepare drinks, and a dining table provides a dedicated space for meals. Cleaning products are also provided.

The living room combines a seating area, sofa and fireplace; a flat-screen TV with satellite channels completes the space. The chalet has free Wi-Fi throughout and free private on-site parking, with no reservation required. Outside, the balcony, terrace, furniture and dining area let you enjoy views of the garden and mountains. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge. The area attracts people who enjoy hiking, mountain scenery and holidays in the great outdoors. In winter, the slopes at Sauze bring activity to the days; the rest of the year, roads and trails invite you to explore the villages and landscapes of the valley.

The Sauze ski lifts are about 2.2 km away. In Barcelonnette, the museum explores local history and the valley's links with Mexico; Parc de la Sapinière offers space for a walk. The Siguret lake, 4.9 km away, is another outdoor destination. Mercantour National Park borders the area, while Écrins National Park stretches further north. Barcelonnette has the main services and is a useful landmark for reaching the valley roads.

Winter suits ski holidays, when nearby ski areas welcome visitors depending on snow conditions. In spring and summer, trails reveal the Alpine scenery and villages of the Ubaye; autumn brings changing colours to the slopes. A day can combine a hike or a few runs at Sauze with a stop in Barcelonnette. A car makes it easier to travel between the hamlets, mountain sites and neighbouring villages. The terrace and balcony offer a chance to unwind amid the peaceful scenery, with views of the garden and peaks.
