Prime Rose is rented as a whole: this 135 m² villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The beds comprise three large double beds and two single beds. The house has three bathrooms, two of them en suite; there is also an additional bathroom. The accommodation features a private swimming pool, a balcony and a terrace with views of the sea, garden and pool.

The living area includes a fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware are also provided. Air conditioning, soundproofing and a flat-screen TV complete the interior. The outdoor dining area and barbecue extend the living space into the garden. Saint-Aygulf is a seaside resort in the commune of Fréjus, on the Var coast. The neighbourhood alternates sandy beaches, small coves and residential areas lined with gardens. The villa is in an area where several coves are within walking distance, including Plage du Pébrier, 330 m away.

Fréjus offers a change from the beach with a visit to its old town and Roman heritage. Saint-Léonce Cathedral, the cloister and the baptistery bear witness to the town’s history, while the ancient ruins recall its Roman past. Parc Areca provides a leafy setting for a walk, and Aqualand Fréjus offers seasonal water attractions. Fréjus railway station, 5 km away, connects the area to the regional rail network. A car is useful for travelling between the beaches and different neighbourhoods.
