Résidence Agathos offers holiday homes, apartments and villas, from one-bedroom bastidons to a two-bedroom villa. The accommodation has a private bathroom and a kitchen area, either a kitchenette or a fully equipped kitchen. Several units have a terrace overlooking the garden or the sea.

Sizes range from 24 to 65 m². The one-bedroom bastidons offer sea or garden views. A l'Etage Apartment, on the first floor and accessible by stairs, has a balcony and partial sea views. Les Platanes Villa has two separate bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the garden. Several units are equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and air conditioning.

The private beach and garden are Résidence Agathos’s main outdoor areas. A terrace and outdoor furniture let you enjoy the surroundings; activities on offer include horse riding, scuba diving, hiking, canoeing and windsurfing. A golf course is less than three kilometres away, and a tennis court is also among the leisure facilities.

There is a restaurant on site, as well as free indoor parking with spaces adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The residence has accessibility features, including wheelchair access, a low washbasin, raised toilets and grab rails. Car hire and an airport shuttle are among the services available. La Beaumette Beach is 110 m away and Agay Beach is 950 m away. The Oratoire public garden offers space for a stroll, while Agay Chapel reflects the area’s local history. Agay railway station, 1.2 km away, provides train access to the area; Saint-Raphaël is 11 km away. For a change of scenery, the Estérel massif and its state forest invite you to hike and explore the outdoors. Brieux and Les Anglais beaches offer further swimming options in the bay.
