Souvenir à jamais! is rented as a whole; the bedrooms cannot be booked separately. The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 200 m² of indoor space, with a maximum capacity of ten people. Sleeping arrangements comprise four double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. This layout lets a family or group share communal spaces while having several bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine. The living room has a fireplace and a seating area. The terrace opens onto the garden and swimming pool, and also offers mountain views. The private pool is one of the villa’s distinctive features; it is open seasonally. The bathrooms have either a shower or a bath.

The villa has a private swimming pool that is open seasonally, with pool toys and pool or beach towels. Sun loungers provide a place to relax in the garden or on the sun terrace. A barbecue and an outdoor dining area complete the facilities for enjoying meals outside. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The shared lounge has a TV area, and the fireplace adds comfort to the living spaces. Body, hand, head, neck and back massages are available. An airport shuttle is offered for an additional charge. The villa has no parking.

Nice stretches between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Alps. The villa is in the Cimiez area, north of the centre, in a residential neighbourhood known for its gardens and historic heritage. This part of the city has a quieter feel than the seafront, while still offering access to central neighbourhoods where you can explore markets, museums and the streets of the old town. You can alternate city visits with walks in green spaces and days by the sea.

The Matisse Museum and the Nice-Cimiez Archaeological Museum offer insights into the city’s artistic and ancient history; the gardens of the Cimiez Arena are a pleasant place to stroll among olive trees and Roman remains. These sites are around 1.2 to 1.3 km away. The Pont-Michel tram stop is 1.4 km away, and Nice-Ville railway station is 3.8 km away. Public transport or a car makes it easier to reach Old Nice, Place Masséna and the Promenade des Anglais. The beaches of the Bay of Angels are around 4 km away.

Nice is a year-round destination: spring and autumn are pleasant for exploring the neighbourhoods on foot, while summer draws more people to the coast. You can start the day with the collections and gardens of Cimiez, then continue through the narrow streets of Old Nice and along the seafront.
