The rooms at Tiercé Hotel include single, double, triple, quadruple and family categories, as well as a Junior Suite. All have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Every category includes a balcony; depending on the room, it overlooks the city, garden, mountains, sea or racecourse. Room sizes range from 20 to 35 m².

The double rooms and the suite accommodate two people, while the other configurations suit solo travellers, small groups or families. Beds vary by category: a single bed, a large double bed or a combination of the two. Some rooms are soundproofed, and several have a terrace.
