The villa has three separate bedrooms and accommodates up to five guests. Each bedroom has a private bathroom; together, they form a detached 110 m² house with three bathrooms. The beds comprise one extra-large double bed, one large double bed and one single bed. The bedrooms are part of accommodation with air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofed windows.

The shared spaces include a living room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchen equipped for preparing meals. The house opens onto a balcony and a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The private swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue extend the living spaces outdoors. Facilities also include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. This layout suits families or small groups who want to share the communal spaces while having separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The villa has a private swimming pool and hot tub, complemented by a spa area and sun loungers in the garden. The town is known for its connection with Marcel Pagnol, whose stories evoke the landscapes of the Garlaban and the villages nearby. It offers a small-town setting between the inland hills and excursions to the Mediterranean. Outdoor enthusiasts can alternate walks in green spaces, hikes in the hills and days by the water.

Calanques National Park is 1.4 km from the villa; its limestone cliffs and trails attract walkers and visitors to the coast. Château de la Reynarde and Buzine Park are among the nearby sights. To get to Marseille, La Penne-sur-Huveaune railway station is 950 m away, and several metro stations are in the metropolitan area. Marseille-Provence Airport is 27 km away. A car makes it easier to explore the coves, villages and hills around Aubagne.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks in the hills, when temperatures are often milder than in midsummer. In the warmer months, you can plan a morning hike, then spend the afternoon by the pool or take a trip to the coast. For a day in the city, Marseille offers museums, walks along the Vieux-Port and historic neighbourhoods; for the Calanques, it is best to wear suitable footwear and check trail access conditions before setting off.
