Unisotel GAP offers two room categories: a Triple Room with Shared Bathroom and a Twin Room with Shared Bathroom. Both measure 9 m², have a flat-screen TV and include heating, a wardrobe or clothes rack, and a desk. The shared bathrooms are located on each floor. Towels are not provided, but microfibre towels can be purchased on site.

The Triple Room sleeps up to three people and has a double bed and bunk beds. It offers mountain and river views, as well as step-free access. The Twin Room is for two people; it has two single beds and overlooks the mountains. Both rooms are on the ground floor, and the Triple Room is wheelchair accessible. Bed linen, a socket near the bed and a clothes rack complete the facilities.

Unisotel GAP provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private on-site parking with accessible spaces. The reception is open 24 hours a day; luggage storage and daily housekeeping are also available. A continental-style buffet breakfast is served on site, and there is a café at the property.
