Villa Ardjoeno

Villa Ardjoeno is rented as a whole: its six bedrooms and communal areas form a single 250 m² house, designed to accommodate up to twelve people. This layout suits larger families or groups who want to spend their stay together while having several bedrooms. The villa has three private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two lounges. The beds include several configurations, with double beds, a large double bed, single beds, a sofa bed and bunk beds.

The house has air conditioning. Its windows look out onto a range of landscapes, including the sea, garden, pool and mountains. A balcony, terrace and patio extend the rooms outdoors. The private infinity pool is another highlight of the villa. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine; a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The flat-screen TV has cable channels.

Villa Ardjoeno has a private pool, a garden and several outdoor areas: a balcony, patio, terrace and outdoor dining area. Sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are also provided. The barbecue lets you prepare meals in the garden, while the shared lounge and games room provide places to get together indoors.

Mandelieu-la-Napoule lies between the Mediterranean and the first foothills of the Estérel Massif, west of Cannes. The town combines beaches, a marina, residential neighbourhoods and natural areas. Its coastline attracts visitors who want to alternate swimming and seaside walks with outings to nearby towns. Inland, the hills and trails offer a change of pace, with views over the coast and the red hills of the Estérel.

Église Saint-Pons is 250 m from the villa. The beaches of Mandelieu, including Plage du Midi and Plage de Robinson, are about 3 km away; they offer sand and water sports. Château de la Napoule, a restored former fortress that hosts exhibitions and tours, is 3.6 km away. The Estérel Massif is suited to hiking and scenic drives. Cannes, with La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the collections at Musée de la Castre, offers a day out in the city.

A car makes it easier to travel between the beaches, villages and inland trails; Mandelieu-la-Napoule station also provides access to the regional rail network. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about 31 km away by road. In summer, the days are suited to swimming and walks along the coast, although the beaches are busier. In spring and September, temperatures are still suitable for outdoor activities, while the trails of the Estérel offer an alternative to days at the beach. A day can combine a visit to the local market, time by the sea and a tour of the château.
