The villa has two bedrooms in a 60 m² entire home designed for four people. Each bedroom has a double bed; the bathroom, shared by both bedrooms, has a bath and a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning adds to your comfort indoors, while the flat-screen TV is a place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The living areas are arranged around an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a terrace. The house has a private entrance and overlooks the garden and pool. The washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and kitchenware make it easy to prepare meals and manage day-to-day needs during your stay. This layout suits a family or two couples travelling together, with a shared living area and two separate bedrooms.

The villa is suited to travellers who want to stay in a house with a garden and pool while keeping Marseille within reach for museums, walks and city outings. The surrounding area combines residential districts, parks and hillside paths.

Château de la Buzine, associated with the history and landscapes of Marcel Pagnol, is nearby. Calanques National Park offers trails and coastal views; you can also plan hiking trips, taking account of access and conditions on the day.
