Villa Canoem - Welkeys

The entire villa is available for guests and comprises six bedrooms, three bathrooms and 160 m² of space. It accommodates up to ten people, with three double beds and six single beds. This layout suits larger families or groups who want to share a house while having several bedrooms.

The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a terrace with sea views. Air conditioning is a welcome feature on hot days, while the washing machine is useful for longer stays. The fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and barbecue complete the living space. The villa also has three bathrooms with a bath and shower. The garden and terrace extend the living areas outdoors.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals: an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. A dining table and dining area complete the space. A washing machine, bed linen, towels and ironing facilities are also provided. The TV is there for a relaxing moment after a day in Cassis.

Outside, the terrace and garden offer space to enjoy the fresh air, and a barbecue is available. The villa has air conditioning and heating; the bathrooms include a bath, shower and hairdryer, among other amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Private parking is available on site without prior reservation and may incur an additional charge.

Cassis is a Provençal harbour between the Mediterranean and the limestone hills of the Calanques National Park. The village combines a lively seafront, old lanes and pebble beaches. Boats in the harbour, brightly coloured façades and the hills in the background make up a coastal landscape to explore on foot or from the water. The villa is in the Bestouan area, east of the centre and near the coastal paths.

Bestouan Beach is 500 m away; the Calanque de Port-Miou, about 1 km away, marks the start of a popular route with views of the cliffs and turquoise waters. The harbour and Château de Cassis are within reach of the centre, where you can stroll through the streets and visit the Provençal market. Grande Mer Beach is another place to swim. Cassis railway station is 3.5 km from the property; a car makes it easier to get to natural sites and the surrounding area. Marseille Provence Airport is 33 km away.

The trails in the national park make it possible to spend a day walking, while a boat trip lets you see the calanques from the sea. In summer, the beaches and harbour attract more visitors, and hiking trail access may be restricted due to the risk of wildfire. Spring and the shoulder season are good times for walks, with often milder temperatures. For a day without a car, you can walk to the harbour, explore the village and finish with a swim at Bestouan.
