Villa Caprice

Villa Caprice offers three double rooms, measuring 25, 32 and 40 m². All have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, soundproofed walls and a coffee machine. The rooms also have a private entrance and a seating area with a TV.

The 32 and 40 m² rooms each combine an extra-large double bed with a sofa bed. The 32 m² room is accessible only by stairs and has outdoor furniture; the 40 m² room has a sofa. The 25 m² Deluxe Room accommodates two people and includes a large double bed. The rooms are equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, a safe and free toiletries. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Villa Caprice provides free private parking on site, with no reservation needed, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Guests can use the shared lounge, furnished with seating and a TV. Outside, garden furniture and the sun terrace provide space to enjoy some fresh air between outings. A hot tub completes the leisure facilities.

Le Brusc, the port district of Six-Fours-les-Plages, retains the character of a fishing harbour facing the islands and beaches of the Var. The seafront, small coves and coastal walks set the scene: visitors come here to alternate between swimming, boat trips and breaks by the water. The village suits travellers who prefer a harbour atmosphere to that of a large seaside resort.

From the port of Le Brusc, a boat service takes you to Île des Embiez, known for its Mediterranean scenery and walking routes. Plage du Grand Gaou and Plage de la Gardiole offer places to swim along the coast, while Bois de la Coudoulière invites you to walk in the shade of the pine trees. Boats to the islands leave from Le Brusc ferry terminal; Ollioules-Sanary railway station connects the area to the regional rail network. Toulon, with its port, museums and old town, also makes for a city excursion.

In summer, the days are well suited to the beaches and trips out to sea; it is best to plan a shady break during the hottest hours and enjoy the coast in the morning or late afternoon. In spring and September, walks and visits to Île des Embiez are more peaceful. A day might begin at the market or harbour, continue with a crossing to the island, then end with a swim at sunset.
