The entire villa is a single 220 m² unit, arranged around six bedrooms, two lounges and a fully equipped kitchen. It accommodates up to twelve people and has seven beds, spread across several bedrooms with large double beds, one extra-large double bed and two single beds. There are five bathrooms, with facilities including a bath, shower and spa bath. This layout provides separate spaces for sleeping and spending time together as a group.

The rooms open onto different outdoor areas, with views of the garden, pool, mountains or inner courtyard. The terrace extends the living spaces, and the garden is home to the private pool. The surrounding countryside is dotted with wine estates, gardens and small roads that descend towards Cogolin and the beaches. The villa is in this inland part of the gulf, away from the busiest areas along the coast.

The village of Gassin is 2.2 km away; the Porte des Sarrazins is a reminder of its fortified past. The Château des Garcinières and Château Minuty wine estates are good places to discover local wines. For a day by the water, the beaches of Les Marines de Cogolin and Port Grimaud are accessible by car. Azur Park has rides and family attractions. A car makes it easier to travel between these places and the villages around the gulf; free private parking is available at the villa. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 36 km away.

Spring and the shoulder season offer milder temperatures than the busiest summer weeks for visiting the villages and wine estates. In summer, you can alternate swims along the coast with walks through Gassin’s lanes and time by the pool. You can also combine a visit to a wine estate with a trip to Port Grimaud, where canals and brightly coloured houses create a distinctive landscape. For a quieter time at the beaches, go in the morning or late afternoon.
