The 3-Bedroom Villa is an entire 170 m² home designed to accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area and lounge. The layout suits a stay with family or friends, while giving everyone a separate bedroom. The three beds are different sizes: one extra-large double bed, one large double bed and one double bed.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A bathtub is among the bathroom amenities, and the villa also has a private entrance, air conditioning and a washing machine. The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool. The barbecue and outdoor furniture let you make the most of the outdoor spaces. Bed linen and towels are also supplied.

The villa has a private pool and an outdoor pool, as well as a garden furnished with outdoor furniture. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining area. A barbecue is also available. Inside, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The dining area and lounge complete the layout of the home.

Pernes-les-Fontaines is in the Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of the Provençal landscapes stretching towards Mont Ventoux. The village is known for its many fountains and old town, where lanes and historic gates invite you to take a leisurely stroll. The surrounding countryside combines farmland, small towns and varied terrain, in a region where cultural outings can easily be combined with days outdoors.

In the centre of Pernes, you can discover monuments such as Porte de Villeneuve and places dedicated to local traditions, including Maison du Costume Comtadin. Nearby Velleron is also known for its farmers’ market. The Grottes de Thouzon offer an underground visit in a natural setting, while Splashworld water park is a leisure outing for families. Avignon, about 21 km away, draws visitors with the Palace of the Popes and its historic centre. Le Thor and Monteux railway stations are both about 6 km away; a car is useful for exploring the villages and sights in the area.

In spring, mild temperatures are well suited to walks through old towns and excursions towards the landscapes of Mont Ventoux. In summer, the Provençal heat makes early-morning visits appealing, followed by a break by the pool during the hottest hours. You can spend a day discovering the heritage of Pernes and take an excursion to Avignon before returning to the countryside. The late season is still pleasant for visiting markets and discovering the villages of the Comtat, with softer light and days often suited to walks.
