Villa Côté Soleil

Villa Côté Soleil is let as a whole: guests have the use of a 125 m² villa with three bedrooms, a lounge and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight people. The four sleeping arrangements comprise two double beds, one large double bed and a sofa bed. The layout suits families or groups who want to share a house while still having several separate sleeping areas.

The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge make it easy to prepare meals and spend time together indoors. The villa also has a terrace overlooking the garden, a private pool and a fireplace. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher complete the facilities. The flat-screen TV has streaming services. There is also a high chair, as well as two bathrooms with showers.

The villa has a private salt-treated outdoor pool, a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers and parasols let you make the most of the outdoor spaces, while the barbecue and outdoor dining area invite you to eat in the garden. The terrace is sunny, and the house is detached.

Indoors, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The lounge has a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and streaming services. Air conditioning, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi complete the facilities. Free private parking is available on site. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking, canoeing, horse riding and snorkelling.

Auribeau-sur-Siagne is a village in the Alpes-Maritimes, set among the hills of the Cannes hinterland. Its old centre and narrow streets give it a Provençal village atmosphere, away from the bustle of the coast but not isolated from it. The landscape alternates between wooded slopes, gardens and small towns, while Grasse and Cannes offer two different sides of the region: the history of perfumery in one, and cultural and maritime life in the other.

In Grasse, the perfume houses and the International Perfume Museum tell the story of the expertise that shaped the city. The village of Pégomas and neighbouring towns are well suited to short trips into the hinterland. Cannes, 14 km away, combines beaches, the Croisette promenade and the Palais des Festivals. For train travel, Grasse and Mouans-Sartoux stations are about 5 km away; a car makes it easier to explore the villages, coast and visitor attractions. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 35 km away.

The region can be explored throughout the year, with milder days in spring and autumn for visiting villages or museums. In summer, the beaches and seaside promenades attract more visitors, while the hills offer opportunities for hiking. A day can combine a visit to Grasse’s perfume houses with a stroll along the Cannes coast, before returning to the quiet of the village in the evening.
