The villa is available as a whole and brings together six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and five bathrooms across 130 m². It can accommodate up to twelve guests. This layout suits large families and groups who want to share the living areas while keeping several separate bedrooms. The villa is air-conditioned, and the bathrooms have a shower or bath, a toilet, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

The sleeping areas include three large double beds and three double beds. The villa also has a terrace with views of the garden and inner courtyard. In the shared areas, you will find a sofa, a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine, among other amenities. A washing machine, a high chair and bed linen complete the facilities available in this holiday home.

The villa has a garden, a terrace and a furnished outdoor area with a dining space. For relaxation, you will find a private hot tub, a spa and sun loungers. Indoors, air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms complete the facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is available on site.

Arenas is in western Nice, between the coast, the Caucade district and the main roads serving the airport. This area combines residential spaces, gardens and transport facilities. It lets you combine days by the Mediterranean with visits to central Nice, without staying on the busiest streets of the old town. The beaches along the western coast are accessible from the district, and the villa's garden offers an outdoor space to enjoy after a walk.

Parc Phoenix, with its gardens and areas devoted to plants and animals, makes for a pleasant family outing. The Asian Arts Museum displays collections from Asia in a contemporary building near the park. To discover Nice's collections, the Museum of Fine Arts is closer to the city centre. Nice-Saint-Augustin railway station serves the area and makes train journeys easier; the tram connects western Nice with the central districts. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is very close, while Vieux-Nice, with its narrow streets, colourful façades and the Cours Saleya market, can be explored on a trip into the city centre.

Nice is worth visiting all year round: the mild seasons are well suited to walks along the Promenade des Anglais and sightseeing on foot, while summer invites you to alternate swimming with breaks in the shade. A day can begin at Parc Phoenix or a museum in the district, then continue in Vieux-Nice and along the seafront.
