Villa du Cros

Villa du Cros offers three apartments with several features in common: air conditioning, a private bathroom, garden views, a patio and a terrace. Each has a seating area and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave, utensils, kettle and coffee machine. A flat-screen TV completes the living space. The apartments measure 23 or 25 m² and have a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

The sleeping arrangements vary slightly by apartment: two have a double bed, while one has a large double bed. The 23 m² apartment has an oven; the other two have a microwave. All three accommodations have a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The terraces and patios overlook the garden and provide private outdoor space.

The apartments have a kitchen and dining area for preparing and enjoying meals on site. Amenities include a fridge, hob, utensils, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with a microwave or oven depending on the accommodation. A washing machine, bed linen and ironing equipment add to the practical facilities. Each accommodation has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a seating area with a flat-screen TV.

The apartments are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the house. Outdoor areas include a garden, garden furniture, a patio and a terrace. Cros-de-Cagnes Beach is 150 m away; other stretches of sand and pebbles dot the coast. Cros-de-Cagnes railway station, 700 m away, connects you to coastal towns by train. To discover local history, the Renoir Museum, 1.3 km away, displays works and memorabilia linked to the painter, who lived at the Collettes estate. Château Grimaldi, 1.6 km away, houses collections and overlooks Haut-de-Cagnes. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 3.3 km away.

A day can begin with a walk along the seafront, continue through the narrow streets of Haut-de-Cagnes and end around the château, with a detour to the museum if you want to explore the town’s artistic history further.
