Villa du soleil

Villa du soleil consists of a single 50 m² holiday home designed to accommodate up to six guests. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private bathroom. This layout provides separate spaces for sleeping and spending time together, with three sleeping arrangements comprising a large double bed, bunk beds and a sofa bed. The home has air conditioning, and the flat-screen TV completes the living area.

The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals and includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob and coffee machine. The terrace overlooking the garden extends the living space outdoors. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. A washing machine is also available.

Villa du soleil combines indoor facilities and outdoor spaces to make everyday life easier. The kitchen includes a dining table, coffee machine, toaster, hob, kettle, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine, ironing equipment and drying rack also make it easy to take care of your laundry. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Outside, the garden, furniture and furnished dining area make it possible to eat outdoors on the sun terrace. Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. The free Wi-Fi is suitable for streaming and video calls on multiple devices. Services also include a personal fitness trainer, fitness classes and activities such as cycling tours, walking tours and hiking.

Les Pennes-Mirabeau lies north of Marseille, in a Provençal landscape where residential neighbourhoods meet hills and wooded areas. The commune lets you stay in a less urban setting while keeping the region’s major cities within reach. You can spend a day visiting Marseille, explore nearby villages or take a walk in the area’s green spaces.

Cabriès, with its château and Musée Edgar Mélik, offers the chance to visit a neighbouring village 3.3 km away. In Marseille, MuCEM explores Mediterranean cultures and is close to the Old Port, where you can continue your visit along the waterfront. Septèmes railway station is 1.1 km away, and Marseille-Provence Airport is 11 km away. The railway network and metro stations in northern Marseille provide access to different parts of the metropolitan area; a car is useful for exploring the surrounding area.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks and city visits, with temperatures generally milder than in July and August.
