Villa du Sud

Villa du Sud comprises a single 55 m² holiday home, designed to accommodate up to four people. It has one bedroom, a private bathroom, a lounge area and a dining area. The sleeping arrangements combine one large double bed with two single beds. This layout suits a small group or family who want to share one accommodation while still having separate beds.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The house also has a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and a private entrance. Its terrace overlooks the garden and mountains, with additional views of the inner courtyard. Soundproofed walls complete the features of this independent space.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The dining table and outdoor dining area let you choose between eating inside and having meals on the terrace. A toaster, kitchenware and outdoor furniture complete the practical amenities.

The terrace overlooks the garden and is complemented by a solarium and picnic area. The surrounding area is suited to outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing and kayaking, fishing and water sports; skiing is also possible in the region. The house has a flat-screen TV, CD and DVD players, and game consoles. Private parking is free on site, and Wi-Fi is free in the room.

Vence is a small Provençal town in the Alpes-Maritimes, between the inland hills and the Mediterranean coast. You can explore its old town on foot, through a maze of narrow streets, small squares and passages lined with stone houses. The town attracts visitors interested in art, heritage and walks, as well as travellers who want to alternate village visits with days by the sea.

In old Vence, the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady and Sainte-Anne Chapel are among the historic sights. The Fondation Maeght, devoted to modern and contemporary art, is 1.5 km away. Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a medieval village known for its ramparts, galleries and artists’ studios, is 2.1 km away. The coastal beaches, including those at Cagnes-sur-Mer, are about 7 km away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 9 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between Vence, nearby villages and the coast.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks through the villages and cultural visits, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer.
