Villa Gabiano

Villa Gabiano offers a single accommodation type: an entire villa with sea views. It has four separate bedrooms and four bathrooms, some of which have a bath and a walk-in shower. At 185 m², with space for eight people, the house brings the sleeping and living areas together under one roof.

The lounge opens onto a terrace with views of the sea, garden and pool. The private kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, including with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. The villa also has a private pool, a barbecue and a washing machine. The five large double beds are spread across the bedrooms; a high chair is also provided for family meals.

The outdoor areas include a terrace, garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. The private infinity pool is enclosed by a fence; sun loungers and parasols are also provided. The garden extends the relaxation areas, while the barbecue lets you cook outdoors. The sun terrace offers another place to sit throughout the day.

Inside, air conditioning and heating make your stay comfortable in every season. The kitchen has an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. A washing machine, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV complete the amenities. The villa has free private on-site parking, welcomes pets at no extra charge and includes baby safety gates and a high chair.

Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer stretches along the Var coastline, between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire-sur-Mer. The village combines hillside residential districts, Mediterranean vegetation and coves sheltered by the hills of the Massif des Maures. This seaside destination is known for days spent at the beach, walking and visiting gardens, with an atmosphere more focused on nature than on large seaside resorts.

Canadel Beach is 350 m away, while Pramousquier and Rayol beaches offer more swimming options along this stretch of coast. At 1.8 km, Domaine du Rayol, also known as the Jardin des Méditerranées, showcases plant landscapes inspired by different regions of the world. The Stèle des Commandos d’Afrique commemorates an episode of the Provence landings. A car makes it easier to explore the surrounding beaches, coastal villages and sites in the Massif des Maures. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 25 km away; La Môle-Saint-Tropez Airport is also nearby.

The warmer months are well suited to swimming and boat trips, although the beaches are busier in July and August. Spring and early autumn bring pleasant temperatures for walking through the gardens at Rayol or along the coast. You can spend a day swimming in the morning, visiting Domaine du Rayol and having dinner overlooking the sea. The mistral can blow along the coast; coves and walking trails then offer alternatives to long hours on the beach.
