VILLA INFINITY 200m2 VUE MER, Giens & Porquerolles

VILLA INFINITY is rented as a whole: the 200 m² villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. The five beds comprise four large double beds and one double bed. Guests have three bathrooms with a bath and shower, as well as a living room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV.

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning and soundproofing are also provided. Sea and pool views can be enjoyed from the villa, its balcony or its terrace. A washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen and towels complete the facilities for a group or family stay.

The villa has a private heated infinity pool, a garden, a balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers or beach chairs and pool or beach towels are also available. The indoor parking is private and free; you do not need to reserve it in advance. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and it has air conditioning.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table and outdoor dining area provide several options for meals. The living room has a sofa, a seating area and a fireplace. A flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels is available. The villa also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, towels and bed linen.

Carqueiranne is a town on the Var coast, between Hyères and Toulon. Its landscape combines the village, residential neighbourhoods, wooded hills and beaches facing the Mediterranean. The coast is suited to swimming, seaside walks and water sports. A few kilometres away, the Giens Peninsula offers beaches, pine forests and salt marshes; it also attracts hikers and wind-sports enthusiasts.

Beaurivage Beach is 1.6 km away, while the Olbia underwater archaeological trail offers a chance to discover coastal heritage near Hyères. In Hyères’ old town, the Museum of Cultures and Landscape presents the region’s history and arts. Carqueiranne also has parks and walking areas, including Parc Beau Rivage. Hyères railway station and Toulon-Hyères Airport make getting around easier, but a car is useful for exploring the beaches and coastal villages. Ferry services to Porquerolles are available from the Giens Peninsula.

Summer is well suited to beach days and boat trips, although the coast is busier. In spring and September, temperatures are often suitable for walks and sightseeing, and the atmosphere is quieter. For a varied day out, you can spend the morning in Hyères and its historic centre, then head to a beach on the peninsula in the afternoon. The coastal paths also offer good walking opportunities outside the hottest hours.
