Villa Lavendel

Villa Lavendel comprises two independent holiday homes, suited to groups of different sizes. The 3-Bedroom House offers 120 m² of space and sleeps up to six people; the 2-Bedroom House has 100 m² and sleeps five. Each has a kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning and an outdoor area with garden views.

Both homes have a dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine and barbecue, as well as a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The three-bedroom house stands out for its spa bath and three separate bedrooms. The two-bedroom house has two bedrooms and two living rooms. Sleeping arrangements include double beds and a sofa bed; the layout varies between the houses. These spaces let you share meals and relax together while keeping separate bedrooms.

Villa Lavendel offers free private on-site parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Both houses have a garden, a balcony or terrace, and a barbecue. Outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area let you enjoy meals outside. The homes are self-contained and include a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Inside, you will find an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, among other amenities. A washing machine, tumble dryer and kitchenware add to the practical facilities. The living areas have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a dining area. The surrounding area is suited to walking, hiking, canoeing, windsurfing and fishing. Pets are allowed on request; an extra charge may apply.

Montauroux is a Provençal village in the Pays de Fayence, in the Var hinterland. Its narrow streets and old houses climb the hillsides amid wooded hills and Mediterranean scenery. The village offers a quieter pace than the coast, while still being in a region where hilltop villages, markets and walks make it easy to plan a day out. The surrounding area combines heritage, natural spaces and outdoor activities; a car is useful for travelling between the villages and reaching local sights.

Château de la Colle Noire is 180 m away and offers a glimpse of an estate linked to Christian Dior's history. Plage des Américains, 1.7 km away, provides access to the shores of Lake Saint-Cassien, which is popular for swimming and water sports. Réserve biologique de Fondurane, 1.9 km away, offers a natural setting for taking in the scenery and going for a walk. Montauroux village is 2.8 km away; its streets invite you to stroll past Provençal façades. Grasse railway station, 12 km away, connects the hinterland with the coast.

The area can be visited year-round, with particularly pleasant days in spring and autumn for walking and exploring the villages without the summer heat. In summer, Lake Saint-Cassien offers a break by the water, while evenings can be spent on a terrace in the village. Grasse adds museums devoted to perfumery and historic houses to a day trip.
