Villa Le Patio is rented as a whole: the 180 m² home has seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to thirteen guests. This layout suits large families or groups who want to share a stay while having several separate sleeping areas. The seven bathrooms make daily life easier when the villa is occupied by a group.

The rooms have air conditioning and offer varied views, including views of the sea, garden and pool. The villa also has a balcony, a patio and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals on site, while the lounge and other living spaces give you places to get together. The bed configuration comprises eleven single beds and one large double bed. One bathroom has a bath and a shower, while several bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor areas include a private pool, garden, patio, balcony and sun terrace. The private beach provides access to the coast, and sun loungers and parasols are also available. For meals outdoors, the outdoor furniture and barbecue let you make the most of the terrace. An open-air bath and solarium are among the other facilities for relaxation.

Inside, the villa has a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and kitchenware. A coffee machine and electric kettle are provided. The living areas include a shared lounge with a TV, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Private parking is free. Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas, and pets are allowed on request, at no extra charge. Saint-Peïre-sur-Mer is part of the Les Issambres coastline in the Var, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. This stretch of the Mediterranean coast alternates between beaches, small rocky coves and residential neighbourhoods facing the sea. Days can easily be spent swimming, walking along the shore or having a meal outdoors. The villa is in a coastal setting, with beaches just a few minutes away on foot or by car.

Calanque de Bonne Eau is 510 m away and the beach at Calanque de Tardieu is 750 m away; both offer ways to enjoy the water and coastal scenery. The Vivier Maritime Gallo-Romain, 150 m away, recalls the ancient settlement of this coastline. The port of Les Issambres, 3 km away, is a place to explore the seafront and local water sports. For longer journeys, Saint-Raphaël-Valescure train station is 8 km away; Fréjus train stations are the same distance away.

In summer, the coast draws visitors who enjoy swimming and boat trips; setting out early lets you enjoy the beaches before the busiest hours. In spring and September, milder temperatures are often better for walking the coastal path or exploring nearby villages. A day can combine a swim in a cove, lunch outdoors and a stroll around the port of Les Issambres.
