The entire villa is the only accommodation available: it spans 90 m² and can accommodate four people. Its layout includes two separate bedrooms, a living room and a private bathroom. This arrangement lets you share the living areas while having separate bedrooms. A balcony and terrace open onto the garden or inner courtyard.

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine and dining table complete the space. The villa is air-conditioned and soundproofed; the living room has a sofa and fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a barbecue are among the other amenities at this holiday home.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool has a shallow end. The garden, sun terrace and furnished balcony offer several places to enjoy the fresh air, while sun loungers and parasols are available for relaxing. A barbecue and outdoor dining area make it possible to share meals outside. The villa is detached and by the beach; walking, hiking, fishing and table tennis are among the activities available.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. Free public parking is available on site without reservation. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an extra charge. Indoors, air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms add to the amenities. The kitchen includes a tea or coffee maker, as well as the main appliances for preparing meals. The Boulouris area has a seaside feel, with coves and beaches accessible from its residential streets. Plage de la Péguière is 350 m away. The area appeals to travellers looking to alternate swimming, walks along the shore and outings in a Provençal town facing the Mediterranean.

Plage d’Arène Grosse is 730 m away and Boulouris-sur-Mer railway station is 760 m away. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station, 2.5 km away, provides access to the town centre and regional rail connections. In the centre of Saint-Raphaël, you can discover the seafront, the port and the Musée Louis de Funès, dedicated to the actor. Away from the coast, the Estérel massif rises inland: its red-rock scenery and trails are well suited to hiking and cycling. A car makes it easier to explore the beaches and natural sites.

In summer, the sea and coves set the pace of the day, but the coast is also very busy. Spring and early autumn bring milder temperatures for walking in the Estérel or visiting the surrounding area. You can start the day with a swim, continue with a walk along the coastal paths and finish in the centre of Saint-Raphaël. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy fishing, diving and water sports, depending on the conditions on the day.
