VILLA LES PINS

VILLA LES PINS is rented as a whole: the 260 m² villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people. The four bathrooms and shared spaces let everyone enjoy their stay while sharing meals in the kitchen and dining room. The house has seven beds, comprising single beds and extra-large double beds.

The villa combines several outdoor spaces: a balcony, patio and terrace. Views look out over the sea, garden and private pool. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine round out the amenities in the bedrooms and house. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and coffee machine. This layout suits families or groups who want to stay together in an entire house.

The outdoor spaces are one of VILLA LES PINS’s main features. The private pool and outdoor pool offer opportunities for a swim, while the hot tub, sun loungers and parasols let you enjoy the garden. A balcony, patio and sun terrace complete these spaces. The barbecue and outdoor furniture make it easy to eat outside.

Le Lavandou stretches along the Var coastline, between the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean. This seaside resort brings together a port, coastal neighbourhoods and several beaches with varied scenery. Aiguebelle stands out for its small coves and clear water; the area suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, walks by the sea and relaxing days. The landscape of the Maures also provides a green backdrop for hiking routes.

Several beaches are scattered around the villa: Jean Blanc Beach is 480 m away and Éléphant Beach is 800 m away. Layet Cove and Cavalière Beach are also in the area. The Mémorial des Commandos d'Afrique, 930 m away, recalls an episode of the Provence landings. The village of Le Lavandou, 3.2 km away, is home to the port and town-centre amenities. From the ferry terminal, boat trips let you discover the Îles d’Or, including Port-Cros and its marine national park.

The beaches and port are very busy in summer; spring and September often offer a quieter atmosphere for exploring the coastline. You can spend a day swimming at Aiguebelle, having lunch in central Le Lavandou and walking around the port. The trails of the Massif des Maures offer another way to explore the area, with views of the coast and wooded hills. For a day at sea, the islands of Port-Cros National Park offer unspoilt scenery and hiking trails.
