Villa Magnolia

Villa Magnolia offers three rooms, each accommodating two people. The Deluxe Double Room measures 24 m² and stands out for its bathtub, patio and terrace with garden views. The 17 m² Twin Room is furnished with two single beds. The 20 m² Queen Room has a large double bed. These last two rooms also have garden views and an outdoor dining area.

All three rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. They include free toiletries and slippers; depending on the room, the bathroom has a bathtub or a shower. Each room also has a desk. Rooms on the upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Garden views and soundproofing are among the features shared by the different room types.

Villa Magnolia has a garden and a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. The outdoor swimming pool and private pool complement these spaces. Indoors, a shared lounge with a TV provides a place to relax. A golf course is less than 3 km away. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, parquet flooring and ironing facilities are also provided.

The rooms have a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, as well as towels, bed linen, free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer. An electric kettle and a tea or coffee maker are available. Private parking is free, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. A desk, a wardrobe or clothes rack and a socket near the bed complete the in-room amenities.

Seillans is a hilltop village in the Pays de Fayence, in the Var hinterland. Its narrow lanes, stone houses and vaulted passages create a Provençal setting to explore at a leisurely pace on foot. The village suits travellers who prefer old squares and short walks to large seaside resorts. The surrounding hills give your stay a pace shaped by villages, scenery and day trips by car.

The Porte Sarrazine, a former fortified entrance, marks the way into the historic centre. Among the landmarks in the lanes are Saint-Léger Church and the château; Maison Waldberg houses a museum. Place de la République and Jardin Marius Laugier offer places to pause during your visit. Fayence, another village in the Pays de Fayence, gives you the chance to discover more hilltop villages. Seillans is best explored on foot, while a car is useful for visiting the villages and landscapes of the hinterland. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 64 km away.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to walk through the lanes and drive between the villages, when temperatures are milder. In summer, plan your walks for the morning or late afternoon, then save the hottest hours for a break by the pool. You can spend a day exploring the centre of Seillans and visiting nearby villages, stopping at a shaded square before heading back. The market at Place de la République is also a chance to discover local produce and enjoy the local atmosphere.
