Villa Mia

Villa Mia offers a single 240 m² whole house, arranged to accommodate up to eight guests. It has four separate bedrooms, a living room and three bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements comprise four double beds and a sofa bed. This layout allows families or groups to share communal areas while having separate bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a dining area and a fireplace. The doors open onto several outdoor areas, including a terrace, balcony and patio; views extend over the sea, garden, pool and mountains. The private pool completes the facilities at the house. The accommodation includes an en-suite bathroom and has three bathrooms in total.

Villa Mia has a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, with pool or beach towels and sun loungers. The garden, patio, balcony and terrace extend the living areas. A barbecue, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area also let you make the most of these spaces. The fitness centre and open-air bath round out the facilities for relaxation and activities.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and multimedia equipment, including a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, Nintendo Wii console and iPod docking station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is available on site. Facilities also include a children's playground, board games and baby safety gates. Airport shuttles are available. Activities listed among the facilities include hiking, cycling, walking tours, horse riding and table tennis.

Castillon is a village in the Alpes-Maritimes, set among the hills of the Menton hinterland. The landscape alternates between wooded slopes, valleys and open views towards the Mediterranean. The pace here is that of a mountain village rather than a seaside resort: its lanes and surrounding paths invite you to take your time, while the coast is within reach for a day of beaches, walks and sightseeing. Castillon village is 350 m from the villa.

You can explore the surrounding area by car or on foot along hiking trails. Parc de l'Ubac Foran, 1.4 km away, offers a natural setting for an outing in the hills. Col de Verroux, 1.8 km away, leads to mountain roads and paths. Sainte-Agnès, 3.6 km away, is a hilltop village known for its castle and coastal views. Sospel, in the Bévéra valley, offers the chance to discover another village in the hinterland. Menton, with its old town, gardens and seafront, rounds out excursions to the coast. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 26 km away.

The mild spring and autumn months are well suited to walks and hikes, with temperatures often more pleasant for exploring the hills. In summer, you can combine time by the pool with trips to the Mediterranean, although coastal destinations attract more visitors during the day. You can spend one day on the paths around Castillon, then set aside another for the beaches and gardens of Menton. A car makes it easier to travel between the mountain villages and the coast; if you prefer to travel by train, you can reach Sospel or Menton-Garavan stations.
